Margaret E. Kopilas “Marge” (nee Walsh). Age 89. Longtime resident of Vets Park. Beloved wife of the late Dragan “Charlie” Kopilas. Loving mother of John Kopilas. Dearest sister of Marie (Jim) Oliver, late Mary (Mick) Flanagan, late John Walsh, late Kathleen (Kieran) Joyce. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews, and friend to many.
Marge was born in Tullamore Ireland on April 2, 1937 and was longtime active parishioner of Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church.
Visitation and Funeral Services Saturday, September 12, 2026 Directly at Sacred Heart Church (2864 E. 96th St. Chicago, IL. 60617 where friends may visit with the family from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Arrangements entrusted to Elmwood Chapel- Chicago, IL. 773-731-2749
