Anna “Ann” Mottola, age 100. Late of Schererville, Indiana formerly of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 20th. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Mottola who she referred to as Mr. Wonderful. Loving mother of Jeffery (Karen) Young. Dear step mother of Karen (George) Park and Kathy (Dennis) Marshall. Cherished grandmother of Kristen (Ben) Oliphant and Ryan Young. Cherished step grandmother of Ben Park (Tonya Kresse), Nick (Jami) Park and Randy Duncan. Dearest great grandma of Emmett Young, Willow Young, Tyler Young, Lincoln Young, Sierra Park, Kash Kreese and JD Duncan.

Ann moved to Schererville from Phoenix in 2021.We had the pleasure of enjoying her full time for the last 5 years. She turned 100 on March 31st and was able to enjoy three birthday celebrations. She loved playing bingo and going to the casino. She thoroughly enjoyed attending the senior program at the St. John Township Center. First and foremost she adored her great grandchildren. Ann attended many of their baseball and soccer games. In her younger years she and Lenny were wonderful dancers. Now that they are reunited we're sure they are dancing up a storm. Memorial Visitation Sunday, June 28, 2026 from 11:00 am until time of Celebration of Life at 12:30 pm at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel 11300 W. 97th LN.
