Patricia A. Culkin (nee Keane), age 84. Late of the East Side, formerly of South Deering neighborhood Chicago, IL. Passed away on May 20, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Terry Culkin for 63 years. Loving mother of Catherine (Todd) Bohacik, Michael Culkin, and James (Susie) Culkin. Cherished grandma of Adam (Kristin) Bohacik, Tyler Bohacik, Carly (Seth) Burcham and Kacey Culkin. Adored great grandma of Hayden, Zoe, and Shane Bohacik, and Savannah Burcham. Devoted sister of the late Raymond (late Judy) Keane, and late James (Gloria) Keane. Dearest sister -in- law of the late Robert (Joyce) Culkin and Karen “Sis” (late John) Meduga. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents John and Loretta Keane. 

Patricia loved being with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She had the biggest heart and took care of anyone that needed help. Patricia also enjoyed her wine.

Visitation Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago, IL. 60617. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
