Anthony “Tony” Alilovic, age 87.  Late of the East Side.  Passed away May 4, 2026.  Beloved husband of Mary Lou (nee Garcia) for 58 years.  Loving father of Mark (Michelle) Alilovich, Linda Alilovich, Christine (Heron) Mancha, and the late Steve Alilovic.  Cherished grandfather of Joshua, Samantha, Sara, Matt, Michael, Marissa, and Serina.  Cherished great grandfather of Asher, Aliza, and Mia.  Dearest brother of Ljubica Cotic, Vesa Grizelj, the late Jozo Alilovic, Mate Alilovic, Drago Alilovic, and Iva Alilovic.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Tony was the proud owner of T & J Meat Packing in Glenwood, Illinois which he founded in 1983 after a long road of emmigrating from former Yugoslavia and starting his big, loving family.  He loved to fish and visit his old home in Croatia and his family and friends.  He was a constant jokester and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Visitation and Funeral Services Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 9:00 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am DIRECTLY at Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church 2864 E. 96th St. Chicago.  Interment Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, IL.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church.  Arrangements entrusted to Elmwood Chapel, Chicago.  For more information 773-731-2749.

a ukop na groblju UZNESENJA u CHICHAGU.
