"Teddy was one of the good guys. We worked together several years at Arro. He came in every morning with a smile and in a good mood...sometimes with donuts. He was a tough guy. He could really handle the trailers, and he knew all about the trucking industry. Always willing to lend a helping hand, he was a key component to the team. He was a good storyteller. He'd tell great stories about growing up on the southside, when he was in the service and funny ones about babysitting his grandkids. We got along great, but we would argue at least once or twice every winter on those below wind chilly days. I would holler to him " Teddy, put on a hat or at least a scarf" and he'd holler back "Nope..I don't need no hat". I would get mad and he would just laugh in my face. After he retired, he would sometimes stop by the plant with his best friend Ginger. I could see the joy in his eyes when he talked about how smart she is. I really enjoyed those visits. Teddy was one of the kindest people I've ever known. My condolences to all his friends and family, I know you'll miss him dearly. Please love on Ginger with a treat and a hug every day because she'll miss him too. -G.Fisher"

"I didn't know Teddy a long time, but the short time I did get to know him and talk to him was at the park. I was with my Maeby and he was tirelessly walking his beloved and finicky Ginger. The few conversations were real and fun. Just a genuine real person who was as I said real, you don't meet many people like that anymore. No Pretense no Pretext just tells you how it is, wears his heart on a sleeve. God bless you and your soul and I hope you're at peace, Teddy."
