Dear son of the late William and late Rita Parks. Dearest brother of late Linda, Antoinette, and Patricia. Richard was a U.S. Marine Corp Viet Nam Veteran. Former employee of Ford Motor Company Stamping Plant-Hegewisch.
Funeral services were held privately for the family.
