Joseph Rotkvich, Ret. Sgt. CPD age 82, longtime resident of East Side, passed away December 22, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Rita (nee Carr). Loving father of Joseph (Nicole) Rotkvich CPD and Anthony (Jennifer) Rotkvich CPD. Cherished grandfather of Joseph and Madison. Dear son of the late George and late Sophie Rotkvich. Dearest brother of Michael (Debbie) Rotkvich, Paulette (Brian) Trznesiak, Helen (Mark) Vukobratovich, Melanie (Greg) Eggebrecht, late George (Marilyn) Rotkvich and late Daniel (late Eileen) (late Patricia) Rotkvich. Joseph retired as a Sergeant with the Chicago Police Department with 37 years of dedicated service. Joe always had a warm smile and was a great conversationalist.
