Dolores Hackett (nee Brill), age 95. Late of the East Side. Passed away November 12, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Patrick. Loving mother of Sharon (Jerry) Sweeney, Patrick (Sharon) Hackett Ret. CPD, Nancy (Tim) Greene, and Paul (Jassy) Hackett Ret DEA. Devoted grandmother of Daryl (Katie) Sweeney, Steven (Natalie) Sweeney, Ryan Hackett, Katie (Joe) Little, Kyle (Samantha) Greene, Kira Greene, Joshua Hackett, and Ivanna Hackett. Cherished great grandmother of Anderson, Peyton, William, Jonathan, Emilia, Claire, and Scarlett.

Dolores held a deep affection for nature, particularly flowers, birds, and butterflies, and found great companionship in her dog, Max. She cherished the time spent with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed watching programs on Netflix.

Visitation Monday, November 17, 2025 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm. Funeral Services Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 10:30 am from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago to Our Lady of Nazareth Church (formerly Annunciata). Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. For more information 773-731-2749.
