Ruben J. Gonzales, age 75, late of Hazel Crest, formerly of Glendale Arizona and South Deering, passed away November 2, 2025.  Devoted son of the late Philip Sr. and the late Magdalena (née Ayala) Gonzales. Loving brother of Mary (late John) Duran, Daniel (Vicki) Gonzales, Theresa (Randy) Ehlenfeldt, Gloria (Carlos) Martinez, Anthony (Julie Johnson) Gonzales, Frank (Zobeida) Gonzales, late Philip Jr. Gonzales and late James Gonzales.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Veteran of U.S. Navy. Retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service.  His enjoyments were playing guitar, watching sports and casino slot machines. Visitation Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. until time of Prayers at 10:30 a.m. at the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Avenue, Chicago to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
