Ramon Navarro, age 96, late of Whiting, IN passed away on August 21, 2025. Beloved husband of Teresa (nee Herrera) for 51 years. Loving father of Carlos Navarro and Ramon (Miryan) Navarro. Ramon was a retired employee of Republic (LTV) Steel. Visitation Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago, IL 60617 to St. Casimir Catholic Church 4340 Johnson Ave. Hammond, IN 46327 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Cemetery private. 773-731-2749. www.elmwoodchapel.com.
