Lori “Koko” Adler (nee Kokoszynski), age 62, late of Munster, formerly of Hegewisch, passed away July 27, 2025. Loving mother of Samantha “Sam” Adler. Devoted daughter of the late Frank and the late Marlene Kokoszynski. Lori could befriend anyone and had a million crazy stories from growing up in Hegewisch. She was strong-willed and determined: once she made up her mind to do something, there was no stopping her. Raising her daughter on her own was her proudest achievement, and she never let anything stand in the way of giving them a good life. She loved cheering on all Chicago sports teams, playing Mario, and watching or talking about movies with her daughter. Memorial Visitation Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 3:30 p.m. at the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago.
