Sandra Elaine Kulpa of Hebron, Indiana passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 85 surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents Doris K. Thomsen and Donald M. Osberg, and her brother Kenneth Osberg.
She was a loving mother to Luke (Kimberly) Kulpa Sr. and Michelle Kulpa. Cherished grandmother of Luke Kulpa Jr. (Britnee Gaskin), Amberly (Tom) Gonsiorowski, Tyler Kulpa (Jordan Morache), Nicholas Kulpa (Alyssa Hemminger), Brooke (Will) Denison, and Brittany Smith (Adam Ziada). Adored great-grandmother of Luke Kulpa III, Camden Kulpa, Nicole Kulpa, and Nicholas Kulpa Jr. Dearest sister to Donald Osberg and Stuart Palmquist.
Sandra was a longtime dedicated employee at the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau as Bill Williams direct Sales Coordinator.
Per Sandra’s wishes, services were held privately for her family. Arrangements entrusted to Elmwood Chapel and Crematory-Cedar Lake, IN.
