"Colleen, Tracy, Michael, Brian, and all extended Hurry family members...
Please accept my sincere condolences on the recent passing of your father/grandfather/dear friend.
Your dad was an incredible man who served our nation proudly as a WW11 Navy veteran, and his pride and love of country, family, baseball, and MCHS freely exuded from him every time he and I would have our brief chats while my dog Riley took me for one of his minimally 3 daily walks through the neighborhood!
I enjoyed your dad's spirit and zest for life, his perspectives on just about everything, and, mostly, his friendship shown toward me.
I shall miss him, but am thankful for the moments we shared!
I know this has been a difficult time for all of you, especially Brian, but, hopefully, and with time, you each shall come to realize that he is where he truly wants to be...That being showered in the love and blessing of our lord and savior Jesus, while enjoying his reunion with all those who he loved yet preceded him in death, and that should help ease the forever pain of loss of one so loved.
I truly believe that our loved ones who pass only move on to their next new journey, and as long as we remember them and rejoice about their life, they never truly leave us!
May God bless you and your family...
With sympathy,
Tom & Karen Noble"
