Helen S. Bazelewski, (nee Pusty), age 97, longtime resident of the East Side, passed away May 9, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Venceslaus. Loving mother of Steve (Judy) Bazelewski, Leo (late Karen) Bazelewski and John (Lori) Bazelewski. Devoted Busia of Autumn Bazelewski. Dearest sister of Irene (late Steve) Okoniewski. Preceded in death by sisters and brothers Natalie (William) Renas, Roman (Emily) Pusty, Ted (Lottie) Pusty, Edward (Helen) Pusty, Stanley (Lorraine) Pusty and Richard (Helen) Pusty. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Longtime member of Annunciata Seniors Citizens Club. Visitation Tuesday, May 20, 2025, 2-8 p.m and Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 9:00-10:30 a.m.. Funeral Services Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Avenue, Chicago to Our Lady of Nazareth Church (formerly Annunciata Church).
