Donald P. O’Masta, age 91.  Late of Cedar Lake, Indiana.  Passed away May 7, 2025.  Beloved husband of Dolores (nee McGarry) for 71 years.  Loving father of Mary Kay O’Masta, Don O’Masta, Kristina Pitt, Dawn Kors, Kim DeRisi, and Michael (Jenny) O’Masta.  Dearest brother of Betty (Richard) Warner and the late George O’Masta.  He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. Don was a retired employee of General Mills. He was a longtime farmer and loved to breed and raise Foundation Breed Quarter Horses.  Visitation Monday, May 12, 2025 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.  Funeral Services Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:00 am at Elmwood Funeral Chapel – Cedar Lake 9931 Lincoln Plaza Way (1/2 block south of 133^rd Ave. across from the library at Lincoln Plaza Way).  Interment Holy Name Church Cemetery.  For more information 219-374-9300
