Jacqueline “Jackie” Slawkowski (nee Ulanowski), age 84.  Late of Lowell, Indiana formerly of Dolton and South Chicago.  Passed away April 12, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Jerome “Moose” Slawkowski.  Loving mother of Jerome (Lana) Slawkowski, Janice (John) Grabarczyk, Patricia Slawkowski, and Kenneth (Tammy) Slawkowski.  Devoted grandmother of Kristen, Lyndsey, Jenna, Rachel, Kevin, Paige, and the late Kathryn.  Cherished nana of Joseph, Parker, Eloise, Nash, and Hallie.  Dearest sister of Arlene Swiderski, Tom (Sharon) Ulanowski, Judi Ratcliff, Dennis Ulanowski, Jerome (Sue) Ulanowski, and the late Chuck Ulanowski.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews and wonderful friend of many. 

Memorial Visitation Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11:00 am until time of Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel 11300 W. 97th LN. (1/2 block west of US 41/Wicker Ave. at 97th Ln.) St. John.
