Ana Gutierrez, age 77, late of the East Side, born in Honduras. Passed away on March 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Ricardo Gutierrez for 53 years. Loving mother of Gracie (Joe) Hansen, Renee (Angel Juarez) Gutierrez, and Maria Theresa (Miro) Zugovic. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Allison, Nate, Katalina, Valentina, and the late Viviana. Ana is preceded in death by her mother, Anna Julia Castillo, who was such an important part of her life. Ana enjoyed shopping, was a social worker for many years, and she loved being able to help and give to others whenever she could. Ana adored both her immediate and extended family and will be greatly missed by those who loved her. Visitation Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Services Friday, April 4, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago, IL to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
