Loving madre of Gerardo Ruiz, Maria (late Stephen) Ziak, Martha Ruiz, Sylvia (James) Urdiales, Miguel Ruiz, Carlos Ruiz, and Guadalupe Ruiz. Cherished Abuelita of 17, and Bis Abuela of 10. Dearest sister of Ignacio Barragan, Ester Barragan, Carlota Gutierrez, Alberto Barragan, Margarita Orozco, Jose Luis Barragan and Francisco Javier Barragan. Fond tia of many nieces and nephews. Preceded into a new life by her parents Ignacio Barragan and Maria Manzo Barragan. Siblings: Selina Barragan, Refugio Barragan, Selina Barragan, Beatriz Barragan, Carlos Barragan and Jesus Barragan. Owner of La Lupita Grocery Store. Dedicated mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Visitation Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 1-5 p.m. Funeral Services Monday, March 31, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Avenue, Chicago, IL to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
