Patricia “Pat” Wagner (Nee Hojnacki), age 93, formerly of Lansing and South Chicago, passed away March 11, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Leo. Loving mother of Sharon (Kenneth) Diemer, Thomas (Susan) Wagner and Katherine Wagner. Devoted grandmother of Dan (Kerry) Wagner and Katie (Rob) Caulfield. Cherished great grandmother of Abby and Maeve. Dearest sister of late Jack (late Peggy) Hojnacki, late Betty (late Gerry) Zurek and late Tom (late Janice) Hojnacki. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Retired employee of Solo Cup. Longtime active parishioner of St. Bronislava Church.
