Patricia “Pat” Wagner (Nee Hojnacki), age 93, formerly of Lansing and South Chicago, passed away March 11, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Leo. Loving mother of Sharon (Kenneth) Diemer, Thomas (Susan) Wagner and Katherine Wagner. Devoted grandmother of Dan (Kerry) Wagner and Katie (Rob) Caulfield. Cherished great grandmother of Abby and Maeve. Dearest sister of late Jack (late Peggy) Hojnacki, late Betty (late Gerry) Zurek and late Tom  (late Janice) Hojnacki. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Retired employee of Solo Cup. Longtime active parishioner of St. Bronislava Church. Visitation and Funeral Service Monday, March 17, 2025, Directly at St. Bernard Church, 13030 West 143rd Street, Homer Glen, IL 60491 where visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Committal Prayer and Interment will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, privately for the immediate family at Holy Cross Cemetery. 773-731-2749. www.elmwoodchapel.com
