Armando A. Dandy, “Mando”, age 88, late of Hegewisch and formerly of South Chicago passed away on January 26, 2025. Beloved husband of Rosa. Loving father of Maricela Dandy and late Blanca Dandy. Devoted grandfather of Blanca Dandy, Carol Lara and Daniel (Vanessa) Lara. Cherished great-grandfather of Sebastian and Sofia. Dear son of the late Guillermo and late Maria Dandy. Dearest brother of late Guillermo (Margarita), late Gabriel (late Candelaria), late Carlos (late Geneva) and late Consuelo (Carlos). Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Armando was a U. S. Military Veteran and a retired employee of Material Service Corporation.
