David Tavarez, age 61, lifelong of South Deering, passed away January 5, 2025. Devoted son of Raul Sr. and the late Joan (nee Lennon) Tavarez. Loving father of Tara Tavarez, Lenny Mendez and Necole (Dennis) Butkiewicz. Dearest brother of late Raul (Marge) Tavarez, Jr. Kimberlee Tavarez (Fred Gomez), Eric (Lisa) Tavarez, Jack (Karen) Tavarez and Jason (Silvia) Tavarez. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday 2-8 p.m. Funeral Services Friday, January 10, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago to Our Lady of Nazareth Church (formerly Annunciata Church).
