Juan Maldonado, age 74.  Late of Hammond, Indiana.  Passed away September 25, 2024.  Beloved husband of Rose (nee Sanchez) for 51 years.  Loving father of Jamie A. (Rebecca) Maldonado, Amanda R. Maldonado, Robert A. (Kayla) Maldonado, and Debbie (Andrew Kirin) Maldonado.  Dearest brother of Santa (late Isreal) Rodriguez, Hector Maldonado, Narcesio Maldonado, Ines (Bigileo) Maldonado, late Manuel and late Ramona Maldonado.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  He was a retired employee of Jupiter Aluminum Corp. Juan will be fondly remembered for always looking out for everyone before himself, forgiving and forgetting, and always supporting his friends and family.  He was the life of the party, always one to crack a joke, and put a smile on someone’s face.

Visitation Monday 2-8 pm.  Funeral Services Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 10:30 am from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago to Our Lady of Nazareth Church.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  For more information 773-731-2749
