Eleanore Ulaszek, (nee Lopez), born June 7, 1942, late of the East Side, passed away June 5, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph Paul Ulaszek Jr.  Loving mother of Joseph Paul (Dawn) Ulaszek III, Anthony Ulaszek and AnnMarie (Cory) Manders.  Cherished grandmother of Kyle (Lauren), Janelle, Anthony and Eleanor Ulaszek.  Adored great grandmother of Iyla and Adrie.  Dearest sister of the late Robert Lopez, Margart Barrows, late William Lopez and Carol Schmerbach.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Eleanore was a former employee of the City of Chicago and a longtime active parishioner of Annuciata Church. She enjoyed spending time with her church friends, teaching catechism and visiting the casinos.  Visitation Thursday 2-9pm.  Funeral services Friday, June 21, 2024  10:30am prayers from Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago to Our Lady of Nazareth Church, (formerly Annunciata Church). Mass 11am.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  773-731-2749 www.elmwoodchapel.com
