Mike Cacic “Milan”, age 87. Late of the East Side. Passed away on April 30, 2024. Beloved husband of Anna Maria (nee Sterpin) for 66 years. Loving father of late Joseph “Enzo” Cacic. Dearest brother of late Mate Cacic, and late Anka (late Milan) Matanic. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and kumovi. Retired employee of Chicago Fire Department. Longtime member of Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church and choir member. Mike enjoyed making wine. Visitation will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services, Saturday, at 8:45 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago, IL. 60617 to Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
