Donald P. Stubblefield, age 76, late of Cedar Lake, Indiana, formerly of Dolton, Illinois, passed away December 27, 2023. Beloved husband of Susan for 54 years. Loving father of Bryan (Kelly) Stubblefield and Jill (Kevin) Dill. Cherished grandfather of Bryce Pearson and Rylee Reed. Don was a Sergeant in the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Lowell VFW Post #6841. Don was an avid golfer and a skilled mechanic. He was in the process of rebuilding a '57 Chevy which his son, Bryan, will complete.

Memorial Visitation Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 10am DIRECTLY at St. John United Church of Christ 1288 S. Indiana Ave. Crown Point, Indiana. Arrangements entrusted to Elmwood Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Cedar Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Lowell VFW Post #6841 or the DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
