Loving Father of Luis Manuel (Teresa) Garcia, Eduardo (Veronica) Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, Alicia Soto, Patricia Garcia, Maria (Diego) Balcazar, Elizabeth Garcia and Tony (Lindsey) Garcia. Devoted grandfather of 13 and cherished great-grandfather of 6. Visitation Sunday 2-8 p.m. Funeral Monday, October 2, 2023, at 11:15 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S.
