Richard “Rick” S. Macak, age 69. Late of St. John, Indiana.  Passed away June 15, 2023.  Beloved husband of Donna (nee Berglund) for 39 years.  Loving father of Austen (Megan), the late Braden, Cameron, Delayna, and Gianna.  Dearest brother of Jeffrey (Jackie) Macak, David Macak, Debra (Pat) Macak, Randall (Maureen) Macak, Jaynee Macak, and Annmarie Portela.  Dear brother in law of Russ (Judy) Berglund, Allan (Barb) Berglund, Kevin (Val) Berglund, and Deanne (late Denny) Cahill.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. 

Rick enjoyed fishing, watching sports on TV, but mostly spending time with his family. Rick was strong and determined. He fought hard to be here with his family as long as possible. He is so very loved and will be missed by many. We are seven strong.

Visitation Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 3-8 pm.  Funeral Services Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 9:15 am from the Elmwood Chapel 11300 W. 97th LN.
