Joseph Scutti, age 91. Passed away June 15, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Mary and the late Beatrice. Loving father of Joanne (Juan, retired CPD) Rivera. Devoted grandfather of Jim Kinney, Tiffany Rivera, and John Rivera. Joseph was a veteran of the US Army and Navy. He was a retired contract negotiator for the United States government. Joe was passionate about music. Services were held privately for the family. Arrangements entrusted to Elmwood Chapel.
