Stephen J. Krol, age 65.  Late of Cedar Lake, Indiana formerly of Manteno, Illinois.  Passed away December 1, 2022.  Beloved husband of Michele for 32 years.  Loving father of Zachary (Lexie) Krol and Nicholas Krol.  Cherished grandfather of Ella, Ava, and Zachary.  Dearest brother of Ann (Don) Guzik, Diane (Joe) Overbeek, Irene (Clem) Cerven, Paula (Ron) Flisnik, the late Bill (Dori) Krol, late Ted (Bobbi) Krol.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Stephen was a retired electrician and member of IBEW #134.  He enjoyed spending his time with his family and was a diehard Chicago White Sox fan.  Visitation Thursday, December 8, 2022 2-8 pm.   Funeral Services Friday, December 9, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel – Cedar Lake 9931 Lincoln Plaza Way (1/2 block south of 133^rd Ave. across from the library at Lincoln Plaza Way).  Interment German Methodist Cemetery.  For more information 219-374-9300.
