Juventina “Mama Tina” Del Real (nee Gomez). Late of South Chicago, passed away October 1, 2022.  Beloved wife of the late Nicolas S. Del Real for 72 years.  Loving mother of Maria P. (Fernando) Gonzalez, Victorina “Vickie” (Raul) Esparza, late Nicolas Del Real, Jr., Rocina (Ramon) Flores, Raul Del Real, Luz Elivier (Jose) Godina and Elda Juventina (Rafael) Ascencio. Devoted grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother of many.  Dear daughter of the late Pedro and Maria Refugio Gomez.  Dearest best friend “sister” of Oralia Castaneda and family.  Loved our Uncle Anastacio “Tacho” Del Real as her son.   

Visitation Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 3-9 pm.  Funeral Services, Friday, October 7, 2022, at 9:15 am from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.  Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  For more information 773-731-2749
