Yvonne A. Ruzich "MamaJo", age 70. Late of Hegewisch, formerly of Slag Valley. Her life was taken from her unexpectedly on August 16, 2021. Loving mother of Karla Ruzich (Francisco Carrillo). Devoted "GrandmaJo" of Yozo, Facianna, and Francesca. MamaJO is survived by the Ruzich Families. Yvonne retired from the City of Chicago Streets and Sanitation Dept., and during her retirement worked at Baltimore Foods in Hegewisch. She was an avid NASCAR and football fan. Yvonne will always be remembered for spending time with her family, and most importantly taking care of her grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 DIRECTLY at Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church (2864 E. 96th St.) Chicago, IL. at 10:30 a.m. Interment private.
