Passed away on June 4, 2021

Christ G. Tompulis, 90, of Schererville, passed Friday morning (June 4, 2021) of natural causes. A full honors Navy ceremony will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on June 15, 2021 for close family members and friends.

Born December 25, 1930, Christ is survived in death by his 6 children and their respective spouses, Aris, Jennifer, Marc (Nancy), Paul (Jewelee), Matthew and Andre. He was loving grandfather of Joey, Katie, Collin, Brooke and Bobby Ray. He is also survived by his brother, Nick and was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephew.

He was preceded in death by his father, George John Tompulis, his mother, Barthena (Kasmitis) Tompulis and his brother John George Tompulis.

Christ was a stock broker for 30 years and an import/export broker for 15 years. He loved music and was a Soprano traveling the country with the Paulist Choristers of Chicago during high school. He also served in the Navy as a Yeoman Seamen during the Korean War. He loved to travel the country to see family and friends during his retirement.
