Florence J. Barbier (nee Hahn), age 97. Late of the East Side. Passed away on April 24, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Barbier. Dear sister of David (Rita) Hahn of Carefree Arizona. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Louis and Martha Hahn, brother: George Hahn, Sophie Soviak, Alice Hahn and Gladys Sperry. Cherished friend of Marty Wojtyska, Ray Neimann and Bernice DeLor. Florence will dearly miss her neighbors Roman and Carmen Vasquez. Retired employee of W.C. Ritchie in South Chicago. "My condolences to Florence’s family, friends, and neighbors. I am so sad I didn’t get to see Florence one last time. I will always have wonderful memories of such a kind and beautiful person, and a great neighbor. As a young child in the 1970s, I would often visit with Florence and Tony on their front porch and she would make us crackers with peanut butter; I’m so grateful to have those memories. May God Bless Florence and may she Rest In Peace. "
