Nikola Vukelich, age 86.  Late of Vet’s Park.  Passed away April 12, 2021.  Beloved husband of Milica (nee Dokmanovic) for 61 years.  Loving father of Mirko (late Anne Marie) Vukelich and Boris (Julie) Vukelich.  Cherished grandfather of Nicholis, David, and Daniel Vukelich.  Dearest brother of the late Maria, late Latinka, Mirko, late Djuro, late Zorka, late Nevenka, late Janko, Ilija, and the late Draga.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Nikola was a veteran of the Yugoslavian Navy.  He was a retired employee of Illiana Machine and Manufacturing.  Nikola was a longtime member of St. Simeon Mirotocivi Serbian Orthodox Church.  Visitation and Funeral Services Friday, April 16, 2021 DIRECTLY at St. Simeon Mirotocivi Serbian Orthodox Church (3737 E. 114^th St. Chicago) where Nikola will lie in state from 9:00 am until time of service at 9:30 am with Very Rev. Aleksandar Savic officiating.  Interment New Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Cemetery, Third Lake.  Arrangements entrusted to Elmwood Chapel, Chicago.  For more information 773-731-2749.
