Roscoe L. Brawley “Lee”, age 83 of Schneider, Indiana, formerly of Cedar Lake, Indiana, passed away on February 26, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.  Devoted father of Chris (Andy) Brawley-Creevy, Tim Brawley, Sonya Brawley, and Laurie (Mike) Holcomb.  Adored grandfather of Joseph Lee (Christina) Fernandez; Sophia (Mike) Radziejeski; Sebastian (Lorena), Sarah and Francisco Miranda; Jahn, Carter and Emma Holcomb. Great-grandfather of Bradley Radziejeski and Charlotte Miranda.  He is survived by his siblings Dolores Marlinghaus, Cleon (late Dorothy) Brawley, Betty (Robert) Hardy and Barbara (Louis) Haberlyn. Fond uncles of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Roscoe and Bessie Brawley of Cedar Lake, and his sister Francis (Robert) Bukowski.  Roscoe was Veteran of the U.S. Army and retired employee of the Ford Motor Company.  He was an aviation enthusiast, licensed pilot, loved doing home projects and watching Western movies.  Visitation will take place on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel & Crematory 9931 Lincoln Plaza Way ( ½ block south of 133rd ave. across from C.L. Library  at Lincoln Plaza Way) Cedar Lake, Indiana.  Interment at German Methodist Cemetery.  Due to Covid-19 Pandemic all federal, state, and local guidelines will be followed.
