Patricia D. Thomas, “Pat”, (nee Lozanski), late of the East Side and formerly of South Chicago, passed away on her 78^th birthday, December 22, 2020.  Beloved wife of the late Hugh “Bunny” Thomas.  Loving mother of Belinda (Fred Reyna) Thomas, Deborah Jean (Teeter) Goshen, late Dean Thomas, late Robert Allan Thomas and Brian Keith Thomas, who was mom’s primary caregiver for many years.  Cherished grandmother of the late Tami, Kristopher (Priscilla), Shawn Ryan, Brian Keith Jr. (Kristina), Destiny (Adan) and Jessica.  Adored great grandmother of Tristin, Kelsey, Kylee, Abby, Aria, Kennedy, Karter and Noah.  Dear sister of the late Connie (Frank) Longcore.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Pat was an active member of C.A.P.S. and an avid BINGO player in previous years.  Visitation Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 8am until time of funeral services at 11:30am at Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S.
