Larry S. “Moe” Mroczkowski, age 71.  Late of the East Side.  Passed away November 9, 2020.  Beloved husband of Catherine (nee Menzyk) for 34 years.  Loving father of Larry (Jenny) Mroczkowski, Loretta Mroczkowski, and Mary (Richard) Uzoras.  Cherished Dzia Dzia of Makayla, Tess, Abby, Emma, Larry, Ellie, and Maddie Mroczkowski and Dominick and Katie Uzoras.  Dearest brother of Marilyn (Chuck) Kagel and Bill Mroczkowski.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Larry was a member of the Mason’s Triluminar Lodge #767, Lansing, IL., the Scottish Rite – Valley of Chicago, the Medinah Shriner’s, and the Sons of the American Legion #330.  He was a retired employee of the City of Chicago – Department of Water.  Visitation Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:45 am at the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Condolences
"Larry was one of my cousins from Marie and Stanley Mroczkowski my aunt and uncle. I remember the many Christmas eve's we spent at Busia and Dzia's house on Brandon Avenue in Chicago. I remember Larry as a nice guy and a good father and grandfather. Losing a cousin is always a sad event in my life. I cherish all my cousins and the fond memories' we had growing up on the south side of Chicago in "The Bush". May he rest in peace and be welcomed into heaven by our God the Father."
