Theresa Macak, age 90.  Late of St. John, Indiana formerly of Calumet City, Illinois.  Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on September 30, 2020.  Beloved wife of the late William Macak.  Loving mother of Jeffrey (Jackie) Macak, Richard (Donna) Macak, David P. Macak, Debra (Pat) Macak, Randy (Maureen) Macak, Jaynee Macak, and Annmarie Portela.  Cherished grandmother of Nick, Sarah, Austen, Rebecca, Braden, Daniel, Alyssa, Cameron, Adrianna, Delayna, Gianna, Matthew, Jared, and Zachary.  Dearest great grandmother of Makayla, Brysen, Clara, and Owen.  Dear sister of Dolores (late Len) Czyzniejewski, late Emily (late Bruno) Pawlaczyk, late Mary (late Stanley) Depczynski, and the late Dorothy Owczarzak.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Theresa is also preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Mary Owczarzak (nee Klawitter).  She was a longtime former member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church.  Visitation and Funeral Services Monday, October 5, 2020 from 10:00 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am DIRECTLY at St. John the Evangelist Church – Day Chapel 11301 W. 93^rd Ave. St. John (Corner of 93^rd and 41).  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
