Dolores Meza Chavez, age 84.  Late of Chicago, Illinois.  Born August 29, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois.  Passed away September 6, 2020.  Loving daughter of the late Jesus and the late Maria Meza.  Dolores is preceded in death by her siblings Alphonso Meza Sr., Josephine Arreola, Esther Guerrero, Amelia Hernandez, and Alice Meza.  Although she never had children, Tia Lola is loved and cherished by her nieces and nephews: Alphonso Meza Jr., Denise Vasquez, Michele Havner, Mario Arreola, Hector Arreola, Mary Servin, Esther Mandujano, Delfino Guerrero, Rachel Guerrero,  Ronald Guerrero, Ann Lynn Amezcua,  the late Gilbert Hernandez, the late Arthur Hernandez Jr., Amelia Patino, Laura Sandoval, Martin Hernandez, Maria Nava, Robert Rebeles, and the late Russell Meza.  Dolores is a cherished great aunt to many great nieces and great nephews.  She was a dear friend to many both here in Chicago and Acapulco.  She was a retired employee of Real Estate Index with over 20 years of dedicated service.  Dolores loved her family.  She enjoyed traveling to her second home in Acapulco.  She enjoyed music and brought smiles and laughter to many family and friends and was beautiful both inside and out.   Memorial Visitation Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago.  Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, if you are attending the visitation or services masks are required.  Inurnment St. Mary Cemetery. For more information 773-731-2749.
