Roberto Vazquez Soto, “Primo”, age 96, late of South Chicago, passed away April 27, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Valeria Loza Soto. Loving father of Joseph R. Soto, Robert L. Soto and San Juana L. Soto. Dear brother, uncle and cousin of many. Roberto was retired from West Pullman Railroad.
