Mary A. Vanek, “Gram”, (nee Caturano), age 98, late of Hammond, IN and formerly of the East Side, passed away March 10, 2020.  Beloved wife of the late Edward Vanek.  Loving mother of Delores (Rich) Kumicich and Ed (late Diane) Vanek.  Cherished grandmother and great grandmother of many. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Mary was preceded in death by her siblings Carmela, John and Jim.  Visitation Sunday 1-7pm.  Funeral Services Monday, March 16, 2020 at 10am at Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S.
