"Anita was a special lady to me. She was at my first ever Al-Anon meeting. She welcomed me and my wife with open arms. She inspired me to continue coming back and I would find the help I needed, even though she said I would never graduate. Her wisdom, strength and incredible sense of humor helped me through my early years in program. I am saddened by her passing but so grateful to have gotten to know such a wonderful lady. "
