Kasi La’Ree D’Agostino, age 27.  Late of Chicago, Illinois.  Passed away January 27, 2020.  Beloved daughter of Jody and Paul D’Agostino.  Loving mother of Kyanah, Izayah, and Brooklyn.  Dearest sister of Christopher, Tyler (Logan, fiancée), and Nickolas.  Cherished granddaughter of Linda and the late Lloyd Clemens and the late Susan and the late Carmello D’Agostino.  Kasi is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, and friends.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 1:00 pm until time of lunch at 2:30 pm at Olympia Fields Country Club 2800 Country Club Drive, Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461.  For more information 219-365-3474
