Passed away on December 19, 2019


Edward J. “Ed” Genovese, age 54.  Late of St. John, Indiana formerly of Riverdale, Illinois.  Passed away suddenly on December 19, 2019.  Beloved husband of Claudia (nee Moreno) for 27 years.  Loving father of Joseph and Katherine Genovese.  Dearest son of Lois and the late Joe.  Dear brother of Ken (Carole).  Ed is also survived by many brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  He was a truck driver for Batory Foods DBA Chicago Sweeteners with 26 years dedicated service.  Ed loved to fish and spend time with his dogs.  Visitation Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 1-8 pm.  Funeral Services Monday, December 23, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel 11300 W. 97th Ln.
