Ofelia Marquez, (nee Avila), age 77, late of Calumet City and formerly of South Chicago, passed away October 1, 2019.  Beloved wife of Ubaldo Sr. for 49 years.  Loving mother of Ubaldo (Elizabeth) Marquez Jr. and Jaime Marquez.  Cherished grandmother of Michael, Nicholas, Benjamin and Rylee Carmen.  Devoted daughter of the late Manuel and late Aurelia Avila.  Dear sister of Francisca Cortez, Guadalupe Carrasco, late Carmen Rivera, Encarnacion Avila, Emeterio Avila, late Jose Avila, late Juan Avila and late Javier Avila.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Visitation Friday 2-9pm.  Funeral services Saturday, October 5, 2019  8:45am prayers from Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S.
