Mary R. Skonicki (nee Hanley), age 63.  Late of Hobart, Indiana formerly of the East Side.  Passed away June 27, 2019.  Beloved former wife of Daniel Skonicki. Loving mother of Kerry, the late Daniel, and the late Joseph Skonicki.  Dear sister of Thomas (Lesley) Hanley, Harold (JoAnn) Hanley Ret. CPD, late James Hanley, and Dorothy McMullen. Fond aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mary is also survived by her beloved dogs Bella, Milo, and Penny. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Mary Anne.  Mary was a longtime registered nurse working at Fountain View Place, Portage and the Lake County Rehab Center.  Visitation Monday, July 1, 2019 2-8 pm. Funeral Services Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
