Horacio Perez, Sr., age 95, late of the East Side and formerly of South Chicago, passed away May 19, 2019.  Beloved husband of late Nelda (nee Vela).  Loving father of Dora (Filiberto) Ruiz, Nelda (late Adolfo) Gallegos, Juliet Perez, Marisela (Eduardo) Salinas, Horacio (Linda) Perez, Jr. and the late Luis A. Perez.  Cherished grandfather of Jesus, Elizabeth, Dora, Adriana, Danny, Claudia, Gabriella and Louie.  Adored great grandfather of 10.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Horacio was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and many brothers and sisters.  Visitation Thursday 2-9pm.  Funeral services Friday, May 24, 2019  9:30am prayers from Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S.
