Maria A. Calderon, “Paula”, (nee Calderon), age 77, late of the East Side passed away on May 10, 2019. Beloved wife of Thomas Calderon, Sr. for 46 years. Loving mother of Thomas Calderon, Jr. and Adriana D. (Michael) Olson. Devoted grandmother of Kassandra M. Guerrero. Dear daughter of late Jesus and late Micaela Calderon. Dearest sister of Pablo (Aurora) Calderon, Dionicio (late Maria L.) Calderon and Josefina (Joel) Rodriguez. Preceded in death by many brothers and sisters in the United States and Mexico. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Former employee of Solo Cup. Paula loved to cook for others, mariachi music and sing and dance. She will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services Friday, May 17, 2019 at 8:45 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
